If you are 21 or older, think twice before a breathalyzer!

I’m not a lawyer, so this is in no way legal advice.

Fortunately, I’ve never found myself in a breathalyzer situation, but it is always good to be prepared. If you are 21+ years old, you should always think twice before taking a breathalyzer test and demand that the police take you back to the station for a blood test. At the very least, pay attention to what the cops are doing with their hands on the machine. See this video for all the proof you need.

Be warned, refusing the breathalyzer may get your license suspended in many locales, including my dear, nearsighted Kansas. I’m not a lawyer, so this is in no way legal advice. It is just one citizen showing other citizens how to fight police corruption and stupidity.
